Therapy is a collaborative process between client and therapist, and progress varies depending upon the nature of the problems involved, your level of motivation, and the types of relationships by which you are surrounded. While I provide expertise and a customized path for you, I ultimately consider the client to be the expert, and I am a wise guide along the way to promote self-awareness and conscious choice.
You may be an individual who is struggling to find support, direction, and ways to move forward with problems you are up against; or a concerned parent who is looking for someone to help your child or teenager cope with difficult or life-threatening behaviors, emotions, relationships, and life circumstances; or a couple who is not living their best lives together.
